Meet Coach Jeff!

Meet Owner & Ninja, Coach Jeff!
Coach Jeff brings a lifetime of athletic experience and passion for movement to Faith In Motion Ninja.
Jeff competed in gymnastics for 11 years at both the national and international levels. During his career, he was a state champion in New Jersey and South Carolina, ranked in the Top 20 nationally, and was invited to train at the Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs.
Jeff began coaching gymnastics at just 15 years old and has never stopped. He has coached both men’s and women’s gymnastics at recreational and competitive levels, helping develop numerous state, regional, and national-level athletes.
In 2018, Jeff discovered Obstacle Course Racing (OCR) and instantly fell in love with the sport. He now trains and competes across the United States in OCR and trail running events of all distances, with his favorite being the 25K. Jeff has earned multiple age-group podium finishes through his competitive racing career.
In 2022, Jeff served as a referee at a world-level Ninja competition, an experience that transformed his career path. The positive, encouraging, and supportive Ninja community inspired him to bring that same culture home to Chapin and the surrounding areas.
Driven by his love for coaching and community, Jeff founded Faith In Motion Ninja to share the sport of Ninja with athletes of all ages. He is passionate about helping others build strength, confidence, and resilience through Ninja training—and can’t wait to welcome new athletes into this amazing community.
